SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays are possible due to international shipping issues, weather, postal service problems and other issues outside of our control. 

Approved Installers requiring next-day or express shipping, please contact us directly for these shipping options. 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Orders processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  2. Most orders shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Free Shipping via UPS Ground for orders over $100.

  3. International shipping rates will apply. Some restrictions apply to various countries. 

  4. International shipping timelines may be within 8 to 20 days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aquatek Coatings LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  5. Next Day or rushed delivery shipping orders must be placed directly with your Aquatek Representative before 2 pm EST when placing a rushed order. 

  6. Some carriers may limitations when delivering to an PO Box address. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@aquatekcoatings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
